Champions Live Here Spotlight: 40 Love Foundation, Alliance for Children’s Rights, BCIF, BSSC, CASA of LA

In our latest round of nonprofit spotlights from the Super Bowl LVI Legacy Program – Champions Live Here – we’re featuring the powerful work of 40 Love Foundation, Alliance for Children’s Rights, The Black Cooperative Investment Fund, Brothers, Sons, Selves Coalition, and CASA of Los Angeles.

Supported by the Annenberg Foundation, this legacy program will honor each of the selected “Champion organizations” – over half of which are Annenberg Foundation grantees – with a $10,000 grant award and public recognition of their work in the lead up to the Super Bowl. Annenberg Alchemy will welcome these 56 Champions for specialized nonprofit training after the Super Bowl,

40 Love Foundation enhances inner city communities with youth development programs that cultivate athletic talent, overall health, education, and community outreach.

Alliance for Children’s Rights clears barriers to stability and opportunity, and advocates for children, young adults, and families impacted by foster care, so that they can access the support and services they need to thrive.

The Black Cooperative Investment Fund is rooted in self-help economics that provides microloans to the Black community through pooled dollars and raises awareness about the importance of economic empowerment, equity, and wealth building for the Black community.

Brothers, Sons, Selves Coalition builds the leadership of bois/boys and men of color to lead campaigns, shape public policy, and address conditions of criminalization.

CASA of Los Angeles organizes the community to take action and advocate for children and families in LA County’s overburdened child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
