Explore's Dog Bless you program supports animal assisted therapy to individuals who are educationally, socially, or physically challenged.

Explore's 2010's grant of $2,500,00 to the School Building Authority of West Virginia in Charleston, WV supported the relocation and rebuilding of Marsh Fork Elementary School in Raleigh County to a site further from the harmful effects of coal plant activities.

In 2011, explore issued a $50,000 grant to Polar Bears International (PBI) to help fund cameras and other equipment used to webcast the estimated 1,000 bears in Churchill, Manitoba as they start to make their way to the Hudson Bay.
