The National Constitution Center announces Joseph M. Torsella, President and CEO, will step down
PHILADELPHIA, PA: In a press release dated December 11, 2008, The National Constitution Center announced that Joseph M. Torsella will step down as President and CEO, following two terms – a total of 10 years – of distinguished service establishing, securing, and advancing the Center as one of America’s most dynamic cultural institutions.
