The Annenberg Space for Photography is pleased to announce its next exhibit – no strangers: ancient wisdom in a modern world, a group show about the wonder of culture and the plight of indigenous people throughout the world.

The Annenberg Foundation, one of the nation’s largest private family foundations, announced today plans to open a new community space dedicated to both digital images and print photography in Los Angeles, California. 

Explore, a philanthropic multi-media production organization, premieres three of their documentary short films at the 31st Mill Valley Film Festival Saturday, October 4 from 5 to 6:20 p.m. at Sequoia Theater in Mill Valley and Monday, October 6 from 7:15 to 8:35 p.m. at Smith Rafael Theatre in San Rafael.

This Sunday, CNN and the Annenberg Foundation will celebrate the everyday people who help make the world a better place. CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute will air live on the cable channel at 9pm ET/6PM PT.
