Over the past five years, the Annenberg Foundation has committed to an unprecedented level of grant support to qualified non-profits in the United States and abroad, totaling $1.2 billion. Due to this significant investment of funds in an abbreviated time-frame -- coupled with the economic downturn -- The Foundation is currently unable to accept additional, unsolicited letters of inquiry or proposals.
As the members of the Board of Trustees determine the most effective means to ensure the Foundation's strength for future grantmaking, we will keep you updated on this page of our website.
In the meantime, grantmaking continues on an invitation-only basis.
In lieu of publishing a traditional Annual Report, the Annenberg Foundation posts grants here for public access. We encourage grantseekers to become familiar with the Foundation’s supported projects.
Included in the database are grants of $50,000 or more awarded between July 1, 2005 and March 31, 2009.
